Rentals
What do I need to rent a scooter or car?
A valid driving licence for the vehicle category and your passport or national ID. See our rental requirements page for details.
Do I need an account to book?
No. Just fill in the short booking form. We'll confirm by WhatsApp, WeChat or email.
Can I extend my rental?
Usually, yes. Message us before your return time and we'll check availability and update your booking.
Is a helmet included?
A helmet is included with motorised two-wheelers. You can add an extra helmet for a passenger when booking.
Taxi
What's the difference between renting and a taxi?
When you rent, you drive the vehicle yourself. With a taxi, one of our drivers takes you to your destination.
How much does a taxi cost?
Fares depend on the trip. We confirm the fare before your ride — prices always include applicable tax.
Can I bring dive equipment or large luggage in the taxi?
Yes, just tell us in the request form so we can send a suitable vehicle.
Payments & prices
Do your prices include tax?
Yes. Every price on our website already includes applicable tax, so there's nothing added at checkout.
Is there a security deposit?
Some vehicles require a refundable security deposit. The amount is shown on the vehicle page and in your booking summary.
How can I pay?
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or on confirmation, such as cash, card or bank transfer.
Delivery
Can you deliver to the airport or my guesthouse?
Yes. Choose airport or hotel/guesthouse delivery when you book. Any delivery fee is shown in your booking summary before you submit.
